🥤 Herb Beer Long Drink

Ingredients
- lemons 2 pcs.
- sugar 150 g
- mint, fresh 20 g
- thyme, fresh 20 g
- rosemary, fresh 10 g
- vodka, pure 120 ml
- orange juice 400 ml
- ice cubes 8 tbsp
- beer 800 ml
Instructions
- 1. Wash the lemons thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Cut the lemons in half and squeeze out the juice.
- 3. Pour the lemon juice into a pot and add water until you have exactly 150 milliliters of liquid.
- 4. Add the sugar and bring the mixture to a boil.
- 5. Wash the herbs and pat them dry thoroughly with a kitchen towel.
- 6. Add the dry herbs to the boiling syrup.
- 7. Let the herbs simmer for one minute.
- 8. Remove the pot from the heat and let the mixture cool down.
- 9. Strain the syrup through a fine mesh sieve to remove the herbs.
- 10. Place the finished syrup in the refrigerator until it is cold.
- 11. Take a shaker and fill it with one quarter of the cold syrup.
- 12. Add 30 milliliters of vodka to the shaker.
- 13. Add 100 milliliters of orange juice to the shaker.
- 14. Fill the shaker with ice cubes.
- 15. Shake the mixture vigorously until it is well chilled.
- 16. Pour the contents of the shaker into a highball glass.
- 17. Top up the glass with beer.
- 18. Repeat steps 11 to 17 for the remaining three glasses.
- 19. Serve the herb beer long drinks and enjoy.
