🍽️ Fresh Shrimp and Clementine Salad

Ingredients
- Radishes 1 bunch
- Spring onions 2 pcs.
- Clementine 2 pcs.
- Oil 3 tbsp
- Honey 1 tsp
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Party Shrimp 400 g
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the radishes under running water.
- 2. Trim the ends off the radishes.
- 3. Cut the radishes into small cubes.
- 4. Wash the spring onions.
- 5. Dry the spring onions.
- 6. Remove the root ends of the spring onions.
- 7. Slice the spring onions into thin rings.
- 8. Peel the clementines with a sharp knife.
- 9. Remove all the white pith from the clementines.
- 10. Carefully cut the fruit segments out of the membranes.
- 11. Catch the released clementine juice in a bowl.
- 12. Mix the oil with four tablespoons of the clementine juice.
- 13. Add the honey to the dressing mixture.
- 14. Season the dressing with salt and pepper.
- 15. Whisk the dressing well until it is homogeneous.
- 16. Add the radishes to the dressing.
- 17. Add the spring onions to the dressing.
- 18. Add the clementine segments to the dressing.
- 19. Add the shrimp to the dressing.
- 20. Toss all ingredients well together.
- 21. Taste the salad and adjust seasoning to your liking.
- 22. Plate the salad on dishes.
- 23. Serve the salad.
