  1. 1. Rinse the radishes under running water.
  2. 2. Trim the ends off the radishes.
  3. 3. Cut the radishes into small cubes.
  4. 4. Wash the spring onions.
  5. 5. Dry the spring onions.
  6. 6. Remove the root ends of the spring onions.
  7. 7. Slice the spring onions into thin rings.
  8. 8. Peel the clementines with a sharp knife.
  9. 9. Remove all the white pith from the clementines.
  10. 10. Carefully cut the fruit segments out of the membranes.
  11. 11. Catch the released clementine juice in a bowl.
  12. 12. Mix the oil with four tablespoons of the clementine juice.
  13. 13. Add the honey to the dressing mixture.
  14. 14. Season the dressing with salt and pepper.
  15. 15. Whisk the dressing well until it is homogeneous.
  16. 16. Add the radishes to the dressing.
  17. 17. Add the spring onions to the dressing.
  18. 18. Add the clementine segments to the dressing.
  19. 19. Add the shrimp to the dressing.
  20. 20. Toss all ingredients well together.
  21. 21. Taste the salad and adjust seasoning to your liking.
  22. 22. Plate the salad on dishes.
  23. 23. Serve the salad.
