Ingredients
- red wine, dry 500 ml
- brown sugar 70 g
- cloves 0.5 tsp
- coffee 40 g
Instructions
- 1. In a pot, let the red wine steep together with the sugar and cloves over medium heat for about 10 minutes, but do not boil. Then strain through a sieve.
- 2. Meanwhile, prepare the coffee with 500 ml of hot water. Fill the Cossack coffee into glasses and sweeten to taste if desired. Cheers!
