🍽️ Colorful Minced Meat and Vegetable Stew

Ingredients
- yellow onions 1 pc
- corn from the can 200 g
- red bell pepper 1 pc
- mixed minced meat 400 g
- oil 2 tbsp
- vegetable broth 600 ml
- milk 400 ml
- frozen peas 200 g
- penne rigate 400 g
- salt pinch
- black ground pepper pinch
- ground nutmeg pinch
Instructions
- 1. Cut the onion in half and remove the outer skin.
- 2. Drain the corn in a sieve to let the liquid run off.
- 3. Wash the pepper, cut it in half, remove the hard stem and seeds, and cut the flesh into small cubes.
- 4. Put the onion pieces into the mixing container of your device.
- 5. Chop the onion for 4 seconds on speed 8.
- 6. Use a spatula to push the chopped onions from the sides down to the center.
- 7. Add the minced meat and the oil.
- 8. Fry the mixture for 7 minutes on the frying setting.
- 9. Pour in the vegetable broth and the milk.
- 10. Add the peas, the drained corn, the pepper cubes, and the pasta to the pot.
- 11. Add 1 teaspoon of salt.
- 12. Cook the ingredients for 13 minutes at 100 degrees Celsius on speed 1 in reverse rotation.
- 13. Season the dish at the end with salt, pepper, and grated nutmeg.
- 14. Distribute the stew onto plates and serve it warm.
