  3. 3. Wash the pepper, cut it in half, remove the hard stem and seeds, and cut the flesh into small cubes.

  5. 5. Chop the onion for 4 seconds on speed 8.
  6. 6. Use a spatula to push the chopped onions from the sides down to the center.
  7. 7. Add the minced meat and the oil.
  8. 8. Fry the mixture for 7 minutes on the frying setting.
  9. 9. Pour in the vegetable broth and the milk.
  10. 10. Add the peas, the drained corn, the pepper cubes, and the pasta to the pot.
  11. 11. Add 1 teaspoon of salt.
  12. 12. Cook the ingredients for 13 minutes at 100 degrees Celsius on speed 1 in reverse rotation.
  13. 13. Season the dish at the end with salt, pepper, and grated nutmeg.
