  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  2. 2. Separate the eggs and set the egg whites aside for another use.
  3. 3. Melt the butter in a pot over medium heat.
  4. 4. Add the melted butter, 350 grams of sweetened condensed milk, the egg yolks, baking powder, and flour to a large bowl.
  5. 5. Mix the ingredients with a hand mixer and a whisk until the batter is smooth and lump-free.
  6. 6. Grease a springform pan with some fat and dust it lightly with flour.
  7. 7. Pour the batter evenly into the prepared pan.
  8. 8. Bake the cake in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes, until it is golden brown.
  9. 9. Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool completely.
  10. 10. Whip the cream in a tall container with the hand mixer until stiff.
  11. 11. Stir the apricot jam into the stiffly whipped cream.
  12. 12. Spread the cream mixture evenly over the cooled cake base.
  13. 13. Place the cake in the refrigerator for about one hour.
  14. 14. Pour the remaining condensed milk evenly over the cold cream.
  15. 15. Garnish the cake with fresh berries if desired and serve.
