  2. 2. Separate the eggs and save the yolks for another use.
  3. 3. Whip the egg whites together with powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt for three minutes on speed four until stiff.
  4. 4. Gently fold in the coconut flakes for ten seconds on speed one.
  5. 5. Shape small mounds using two teaspoons and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  6. 6. Bake the macaroons in the oven for about 30 to 35 minutes.
  7. 7. Remove the tray and let the macaroons cool down completely.
  8. 8. Chop the chocolate coating into pieces for 15 seconds on speed eight.
  9. 9. Melt the chocolate pieces for six minutes on speed one at 50 degrees Celsius.
  10. 10. Dip the cooled macaroons into the melted chocolate and let them set.
