🥤 Homemade Coconut Liqueur

Ingredients
- chocolate, white 50 g
- sugar 40 g
- coconut milk 400 ml
- pineapple juice 100 ml
- Doppelkorn 200 ml
Instructions
- 1. Roughly chop the chocolate into small pieces.
- 2. Put the sugar into the mixing container.
- 3. Grind the sugar for 10 seconds on the highest speed (Level 10) until it becomes fine powdered sugar.
- 4. Add the roughly chopped chocolate to the ground sugar.
- 5. Crush the chocolate for 6 seconds on Level 6.
- 6. Add the coconut milk and pineapple juice to the mixing container.
- 7. Bring the coconut milk and pineapple juice to a boil for 10 minutes at 100 degrees Celsius on Level 1.
- 8. Add the cornstarch (corn) to the hot mixture.
- 9. Mix the ingredients for 20 seconds on Level 2 until well combined.
- 10. Fill the hot liqueur immediately into clean bottles.
- 11. Let the liqueur cool down and store it in the refrigerator until you are ready to serve it.
