  1. 1. Mix coconut flakes, sugar, 90 g flour, baking powder, and vanilla sugar well. Separate the eggs and add the yolk. Knead everything until a crumbly and slightly sticky mixture forms.
  2. 2. Place 1 tbsp of flour in a shallow plate. Form about 20 balls, each about 3 cm in diameter, from the dough. Lightly roll them in the flour and gently shake off any excess flour.
  3. 3. Place the coconut balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes until golden brown. Enjoy!
