  3. 3. Stir in the coconut milk gradually.
  4. 4. Keep stirring until a smooth and slightly thick batter forms.
  5. 5. Peel the pineapple and cut it into quarters.
  6. 6. Remove the hard core from the pineapple pieces.
  7. 7. Slice the pineapple into rings.
  8. 8. Heat the butter in a pan.
  9. 9. Add the pineapple slices to the hot pan.
  10. 10. Sprinkle the pineapple with sugar.
  11. 11. Fry the pineapple for about 4 minutes on each side until caramelized.
  12. 12. Remove the pineapple from the pan and set it aside.
  13. 13. Clean the pan thoroughly.
  14. 14. Reheat the pan with one tablespoon of oil over medium heat.
  15. 15. Pour a ladle of batter into the hot pan.
  16. 16. Swirl the pan to spread the batter thinly and evenly.
  17. 17. Cook the crepe for about 1 to 2 minutes until it is golden brown.
  18. 18. Flip the crepe when it releases easily from the pan bottom.
  19. 19. Cook the other side for about 1 minute until golden brown.
  20. 20. Place the finished crepe aside.
  21. 21. Repeat the process until all the batter is used.
  22. 22. Plate the coconut crepes.
  23. 23. Add the caramelized pineapple rings.
  24. 24. Serve the dish immediately.
