🍰 Creamy Coconut Panna Cotta with Melon Salad

Ingredients
- gelatin leaves 5 g
- whipping cream 200 g
- coconut milk 400 ml
- sugar 50 g
- honeydew melon 0.5 pcs
- watermelon 0.25 pcs
- organic limes 1 pcs
- honey 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Place the gelatin leaves in a bowl of cold water and let them soften.
- 2. Add the cream and coconut milk to a saucepan and bring the mixture to a boil.
- 3. Stir the sugar into the hot liquid.
- 4. Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the mixture steep for about 10 minutes.
- 5. Remove the gelatin leaves from the water and gently squeeze them to remove excess water.
- 6. Stir the gelatin into the cream-coconut mixture until it has completely dissolved.
- 7. Divide the panna cotta mixture evenly among four glasses.
- 8. Place the glasses in the refrigerator for about 3 hours until the panna cotta is set.
- 9. Cut the melons in half and remove the seeds.
- 10. Peel the skin from the melons and cut the flesh into small cubes.
- 11. Cut the lime in half and squeeze out the juice.
- 12. Place the melon cubes in a bowl.
- 13. Add two tablespoons of lime juice and honey to the melons.
- 14. Toss the melons well with the lime juice and honey.
- 15. Carefully release the panna cotta from the molds or glasses.
- 16. Serve the panna cotta together with the melon salad.
