  1. 1. Put the coconut milk, 3 tablespoons of sugar, a pinch of salt, and cinnamon into a pot.
  2. 2. Bring the mixture to a boil while stirring.
  3. 3. Stir the rice pudding mix into the boiling coconut milk.
  4. 4. Let the rice simmer covered for about 25 minutes over medium heat.
  5. 5. Stir the rice occasionally while it cooks.
  6. 6. Remove the pot from the heat.
  7. 7. Let the rice swell covered for another 15 minutes.
  8. 8. Peel the mango and cut the flesh away from the pit.
  9. 9. Cut the mango flesh into small cubes.
  10. 10. Peel the pineapple and remove the tough core.
  11. 11. Cut the pineapple into cubes as well.
  12. 12. Remove the papery husks from the physalis fruits.
  13. 13. Rinse the physalis under running water.
  14. 14. Peel the banana.
  15. 15. Slice the banana into rounds.
  16. 16. Use a sharp knife to cut away the white skin and membranes from the orange.
  17. 17. Release the orange segments from the membranes using V-shaped cuts.
  18. 18. Place all the prepared fruits into a bowl.
  19. 19. Mix the fruits with the remaining sugar.
  20. 20. Spoon the finished coconut rice pudding into a bowl.
  21. 21. Top the rice pudding with the sweet fruits.
