  1. 1. In a bowl, whip the whipping cream with a hand mixer until stiff. Then, gently fold in the Mascarpone, coconut flakes, and 50 g of sugar.
  2. 2. Crumble the cookies and place them in a glass bowl. Thoroughly wash the strawberries and let them drain. Set aside 100 g of the prettiest strawberries for decoration in a cool place, and slice the remaining berries. Halve a lemon and squeeze out the juice.
  3. 3. In a bowl, mix the strawberry slices with 1 tbsp of sugar and 1 tbsp of lemon juice. Distribute this mixture evenly over the cookies and place a few nice strawberry slices on the edge of the bowl.
  4. 4. Spread the Mascarpone mixture evenly over the strawberries and let the trifle chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  5. 5. Before serving, shave off strips from the white chocolate using a vegetable peeler. Arrange the coconut strawberry trifle decorated with the remaining strawberries and chocolate shavings. Enjoy your meal!
