🍰 Coconut Strawberry Trifle

Ingredients
- whipping cream 200 g
- mascarpone 400 g
- coconut flakes 30 g
- sugar 60 tbsp
- butter cookies 150 g
- strawberries 600 g
- lemons 1 pcs
- chocolate, white 25 g
Instructions
- 1. In a bowl, whip the whipping cream with a hand mixer until stiff. Then, gently fold in the Mascarpone, coconut flakes, and 50 g of sugar.
- 2. Crumble the cookies and place them in a glass bowl. Thoroughly wash the strawberries and let them drain. Set aside 100 g of the prettiest strawberries for decoration in a cool place, and slice the remaining berries. Halve a lemon and squeeze out the juice.
- 3. In a bowl, mix the strawberry slices with 1 tbsp of sugar and 1 tbsp of lemon juice. Distribute this mixture evenly over the cookies and place a few nice strawberry slices on the edge of the bowl.
- 4. Spread the Mascarpone mixture evenly over the strawberries and let the trifle chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- 5. Before serving, shave off strips from the white chocolate using a vegetable peeler. Arrange the coconut strawberry trifle decorated with the remaining strawberries and chocolate shavings. Enjoy your meal!
