🍰 Coconut Energy Balls

Ingredients
- Hazelnut kernels, whole 150 g
- Soft dates, dried and pitted 200 g
- Oat flakes, fine 100 g
- Cinnamon 1 tsp
- Coconut flakes 5 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. In a pan over medium heat, toast hazelnuts for approx. 2 minutes without fat. Then let them cool slightly on a plate.
- 2. In a tall container or food processor, process dates, oat flakes, hazelnuts, and cinnamon into a sticky, fine-crumb mixture. If necessary, add 1–2 tbsp cold water.
- 3. Then take small portions with a teaspoon and roll them into balls between your hands. Roll these in coconut flakes. Store the coconut energy balls in a container until serving. Enjoy your meal!
