🍰 Creamy Coconut Chia Pudding with Fresh Fruit

Ingredients
- Coconut milk 250 ml
- Chia seeds 40 g
- Honey 2 tbsp
- Pomegranate 1 pc
- Mango 1 pc
- Oranges 1 pc
- Bananas 1 pc
Instructions
- 1. Add the coconut milk, chia seeds, and one tablespoon of honey into a large bowl.
- 2. Stir the ingredients vigorously until the honey is well dissolved.
- 3. Divide the mixture evenly among four small glasses.
- 4. Place the glasses in the refrigerator overnight to let the pudding set.
- 5. The next morning, cut the pomegranate half open.
- 6. Carefully remove the seeds and discard the white membranes.
- 7. Peel the mango and cut the flesh into small cubes.
- 8. Peel the orange completely so that no white pith remains.
- 9. Use a sharp knife to cut the fruit segments out of the membranes.
- 10. Catch the dripping juice in a small bowl.
- 11. Peel the banana and slice it into thin rounds.
- 12. Mix all the prepared fruits together with the collected orange juice.
- 13. Place the fruit mixture on top of the cold chia pudding.
- 14. Drizzle a little extra honey on top if you like.
