  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with fan.
  2. 2. Bring three liters of salted water to a boil in a pot.
  3. 3. Peel the kohlrabi and remove the hard, woody parts.
  4. 4. Slice the kohlrabi into thin slices or use a grater.
  5. 5. Halve the onion, peel it, and dice it finely.
  6. 6. Peel the garlic and chop it finely.
  7. 7. Add the kohlrabi slices to the boiling salted water for three minutes.
  8. 8. Drain the kohlrabi in a colander.
  9. 9. Heat oil in a pot over high heat.
  10. 10. Sauté the onions and garlic for two minutes.
  11. 11. Deglaze the pan with wine and let it boil briefly.
  12. 12. Add the tomatoes to the pan.
  13. 13. Season the sauce with salt, pepper, sugar, and herbs de Provence.
  14. 14. Simmer the sauce covered for ten minutes.
  15. 15. Taste the sauce and adjust seasoning if needed.
  16. 16. Mix cream cheese, mustard, milk, and half of the cheese in a bowl.
  17. 17. Season the mustard cream with salt and pepper.
  18. 18. Place a ladle of tomato sauce in a baking dish.
  19. 19. Place three lasagna sheets on the sauce.
  20. 20. Distribute some kohlrabi slices on the sheets.
  21. 21. Add a spoonful of mustard cream on top.
  22. 22. Sprinkle some cheese over the layer.
  23. 23. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  24. 24. Finish the lasagna with mustard cream and the remaining cheese.
  25. 25. Bake the lasagna for about 40 minutes in the oven until golden brown.
  26. 26. Wash the basil and shake it dry.
  27. 27. Pluck the basil leaves from the stems.
  28. 28. Remove the lasagna from the oven and let it cool slightly.
  29. 29. Serve the lasagna sprinkled with fresh basil.
