🥗 Kohlrabi Salad with Cream Cheese

Ingredients
- Kohlrabi 4 pcs
- Carrots 2 pcs
- Pumpkin seeds 2 tbsp
- Sweet mustard 1 tsp
- Olive oil 3 tbsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Cream cheese, plain 60 g
- Rye wholemeal bread, sliced 4 slices
Instructions
- 1. Wash the kohlrabi, break off the leaves, peel, remove woody pieces, and coarsely grate. Cut the kohlrabi leaves into thin strips. Wash, peel, trim the ends of the carrots, and coarsely grate them.
- 2. In a bowl, mix kohlrabi, kohlrabi leaves, carrots, and pumpkin seeds with mustard, olive oil, and vinegar. Season generously with salt and pepper.
- 3. Serve the kohlrabi salad on plates, accompany with cream cheese, and enjoy with bread.
