  2. 2. Pat the mint dry with a kitchen towel.
  3. 3. Gently pluck the mint leaves from the stems.
  4. 4. Place the mint leaves into the mixing container.
  5. 5. Place the measuring cup on top.
  6. 6. Chop the mint for 8 seconds on speed 6.
  7. 7. Add the walnut kernels to the container.
  8. 8. Grind the nuts for 3 seconds on speed 5.
  9. 9. Peel the kohlrabi.
  10. 10. Peel the carrots.
  11. 11. Cut the kohlrabi into pieces approx. 2 cm in size.
  12. 12. Cut the carrots into pieces approx. 2 cm in size.
  13. 13. Peel the apples.
  14. 14. Cut the apples into eight large wedges.
  15. 15. Remove the core from the apple wedges.
  16. 16. Add the kohlrabi pieces to the mixing container.

  18. 18. Add the apple wedges to the mixing container.
  19. 19. Add the remaining ingredients to the mixing container.
