🥗 Fresh Kohlrabi Walnut Salad

Ingredients
- mint, fresh 10 g
- walnut kernels 30 g
- kohlrabi 300 g
- carrots 300 g
- apples, red 300 g
- lemon juice 1 tbsp
- vinegar 1 tbsp
- olive oil 2 tbsp
- salt 0.5 tsp
- pepper, black ground 0.25 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Wash the mint thoroughly.
- 2. Pat the mint dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Gently pluck the mint leaves from the stems.
- 4. Place the mint leaves into the mixing container.
- 5. Place the measuring cup on top.
- 6. Chop the mint for 8 seconds on speed 6.
- 7. Add the walnut kernels to the container.
- 8. Grind the nuts for 3 seconds on speed 5.
- 9. Peel the kohlrabi.
- 10. Peel the carrots.
- 11. Cut the kohlrabi into pieces approx. 2 cm in size.
- 12. Cut the carrots into pieces approx. 2 cm in size.
- 13. Peel the apples.
- 14. Cut the apples into eight large wedges.
- 15. Remove the core from the apple wedges.
- 16. Add the kohlrabi pieces to the mixing container.
- 17. Add the carrot pieces to the mixing container.
- 18. Add the apple wedges to the mixing container.
- 19. Add the remaining ingredients to the mixing container.
- 20. Place the measuring cup on top.
- 21. Chop everything for 10 seconds on speed 5.
- 22. Transfer the finished salad into a bowl.
- 23. Serve the salad immediately.
