  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C (top/bottom heat). Wash the bell peppers thoroughly, halve them, and remove the seeds. Roast on a baking sheet with the skin side up for about 20 minutes.
  2. 2. Meanwhile, peel the kohlrabi and cut it into sticks. In a bowl, mix the kohlrabi sticks with flour, 3 tablespoons of oil, salt, and paprika powder. Place them on the baking sheet next to the bell peppers and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
  3. 3. Remove the bell peppers from the oven and let them cool slightly. Peel the garlic. In a tall container, puree the bell peppers, feta, garlic, and 3 tablespoons of oil until creamy. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. 4. Remove the kohlrabi fries from the oven and serve them together with the pepper dip. Enjoy your meal!
