  1. 1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly.
  2. 2. Place the potatoes in a pot with water.
  3. 3. Boil the potatoes for about 20 minutes until they are soft.
  4. 4. Drain the water.
  5. 5. Peel the potatoes.
  6. 6. Slice the potatoes into rounds about 1 cm thick.
  7. 7. Peel the kohlrabi.
  8. 8. Cut the kohlrabi into sticks of the same thickness as the potato slices.
  9. 9. Preheat the oven to 180 °C (top/bottom heat or grill function).
  10. 10. Heat butter and oil in a pan over medium heat.
  11. 11. Fry the potato slices and kohlrabi sticks for 3 to 4 minutes.
  12. 12. Turn the vegetable pieces occasionally.
  13. 13. Add the bacon.
  14. 14. Cook everything for another 4 minutes.
  15. 15. Wash the spring onions.
  16. 16. Dry the spring onions.
  17. 17. Cut the spring onions into thin rings.
  18. 18. Set aside about 1 tablespoon of the rings for later decoration.
  19. 19. Whisk the eggs in a bowl.
  20. 20. Add the remaining spring onions, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture.
  21. 21. Mix the ingredients well.
  22. 22. Pour the egg mixture into the pan with the other ingredients.

  25. 25. Bake the frittata for 2 to 3 minutes until the egg is firm.
