  2. 2. Peel the kohlrabi.
  3. 3. Cut the kohlrabi into sticks about 1 centimeter thick.
  4. 4. Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat.
  5. 5. Fry the kohlrabi in the butter for about 4 minutes.
  6. 6. Add the bacon to the pan.
  7. 7. Fry the bacon for another 4 minutes.
  8. 8. Wash the spring onions thoroughly.
  9. 9. Dry the spring onions.
  10. 10. Cut the spring onions into thin rings.
  11. 11. Set aside about 1 tablespoon of the spring onions for the salad.
  12. 12. Put the eggs, milk, and the rest of the spring onions into a bowl.
  13. 13. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
  14. 14. Whisk the ingredients well together.
  15. 15. Pour the egg mixture into the pan with the kohlrabi and bacon.
  16. 16. Place a lid on the pan.
