  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with fan setting.
  2. 2. Cut the onions in half and peel off the skin.
  3. 3. Dice the onions into small pieces.
  4. 4. Wash the parsley thoroughly.
  5. 5. Dry the parsley with a kitchen towel.
  6. 6. Pluck the parsley leaves off the stems.
  7. 7. Finely chop the parsley leaves.
  8. 8. Place the diced onions into a large bowl.
  9. 9. Add the chopped parsley to the bowl.
  10. 10. Add the Ras el Hanout spice mix to the bowl.
  11. 11. Add the minced meat to the bowl.
  12. 12. Add one tablespoon of olive oil to the bowl.
  13. 13. Add some salt to the bowl.
  14. 14. Mix all ingredients in the bowl thoroughly.
  15. 15. Shape the meat mixture into evenly sized rolls.
  16. 16. Place the meat rolls into a baking dish.
  17. 17. Bake the meat rolls in the oven for about 20 minutes.
  18. 18. Wash the pointed peppers.
  19. 19. Cut the pointed peppers lengthwise.
  20. 20. Remove the stem and seeds from the pepper.
  21. 21. Lightly salt the peppers.
  22. 22. Place the peppers skin-side up on top of the meat rolls.
  23. 23. Let the peppers cook along with the meat for the remaining baking time.
  24. 24. Cut the garlic in half.
  25. 25. Peel the garlic.
  26. 26. Roughly chop the garlic.
  27. 27. Heat a frying pan over medium heat.
  28. 28. Add the garlic to the pan.
  29. 29. Add one tablespoon of olive oil to the pan.

  36. 36. Puree the mixture of garlic, beans, and milk.
  37. 37. Season the puree with salt.
  38. 38. Season the puree with pepper.
  39. 39. Take the meat rolls and peppers out of the oven.
  40. 40. Plate the meat rolls and peppers.
  41. 41. Serve the bean puree in small bowls alongside.
