  1. 1. Peel the onions and garlic and chop finely. Rinse the parsley, pat dry, remove the thick stems and chop finely. Rinse the thyme, pat dry, pluck the leaves from the stems and chop finely as well.
  2. 2. Mix the ground meat in a bowl with the onions, garlic, parsley, thyme, one egg and breadcrumbs, and season with the spices.
  3. 3. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. With moist hands, form small sausages from the meat mixture and fry them all around for about 15 minutes. Enjoy your meal! Note: Köfte can also be prepared on the grill or in the oven. Tip: This goes well with [recipeLink=144838].
