  1. 1. Pat the tofu dry with kitchen paper.
  2. 2. Peel one clove of garlic and chop it finely.
  3. 3. Peel the ginger and chop it finely.
  4. 4. In a bowl, mix 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, the chopped garlic, the chopped ginger, and ground chili.
  5. 5. Add the tofu to the marinade.
  6. 6. Let the tofu marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  7. 7. Peel the remaining garlic.
  8. 8. In a tall container, whisk together 2 tablespoons of peanut butter, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 5 tablespoons of water, and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
  9. 9. Put the rice in a pot.
  10. 10. Cover the rice with about 700 milliliters of salted water.
  11. 11. Bring the water to a boil.
  12. 12. Reduce the heat to low to medium.
  13. 13. Cover the pot.
  14. 14. Cook the rice for about 12 minutes.
  15. 15. Bring about 1 liter of salted water to a boil in a pot on high heat.
  16. 16. Wash the broccoli.
  17. 17. Remove the stem from the broccoli.
  18. 18. Divide the top part of the broccoli into florets about 1 centimeter in size.
  19. 19. Wash the spring onions.
  20. 20. Shake the spring onions dry.
  21. 21. Slice the spring onions into thin rings.
  22. 22. Add the broccoli florets to the boiling water.
  23. 23. Cook the broccoli florets for about 5 minutes until al dente.
  24. 24. Drain the broccoli.
  25. 25. Shock the broccoli with cold water.
  26. 26. Mix sesame seeds and breadcrumbs in a shallow dish.
  27. 27. Take the tofu out of the marinade.
  28. 28. Press the tofu into the breadcrumbs on all sides.
  29. 29. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a pan on medium to high heat.
  30. 30. Fry the tofu for about 5 minutes until crispy on all sides.
  31. 31. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in another pan on high heat.
  32. 32. Fry the broccoli for about 5 minutes.
  33. 33. Add the remaining marinade from the tofu.
  34. 34. Season the sauce with salt and pepper.
  35. 35. Serve the crispy tofu with the peanut sauce, spring onions, and rice.
