🍳 Crispy Sandwiches with Bacon and Gouda

Ingredients
- ciabatta bread 0.5 pc.
- vine tomatoes 2 pc.
- bacon 100 g
- gouda sliced cheese 4 slices
- butter 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Cut the bread into 16 pieces. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly and cut them into 8 slices. Halve the bacon and the gouda each, heat a pan over medium heat and fry the bacon crispy for about 2 minutes without additional fat, then remove from the pan.
- 2. Toast half of the bread slices in the bacon fat for about 2 minutes on both sides until golden brown. Remove the toasted bread slices from the pan, melt the butter in it and toast the remaining bread slices for about 2 minutes as well until they are golden brown.
- 3. Top the bread slices in the pan with gouda, bacon and tomatoes. Place the remaining bread slices on top, remove the pan from the heat and let it rest for about 2 minutes until the cheese has melted. Then plate and serve. Enjoy your meal!
