🍽️ Crispy Celery

Ingredients
- celery stalks 2 pcs.
- cashew nuts 100 g
- peanuts 50 g
- lemons 2 pcs.
- soy sauce 4 tbsp
- sesame, white 50 g
- honey 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly clean the celery stalks, trim the ends, and halve them lengthwise if desired. Chop the nuts finely. Halve one lemon and squeeze out the juice. In a bowl, mix the soy sauce with the lemon juice.
- 2. Place the celery in a baking dish and marinate in the soy sauce for about 5 minutes. Then let it drain on kitchen paper. Put the chopped nuts together with sesame on a plate. Put some honey on another plate.
- 3. First coat the celery in the honey and then press it into the nuts so that it is covered all around. Make sure to leave the top 1 cm of the celery uncovered. Serve the crispy celery. Enjoy your meal!
