  1. 1. Thoroughly clean the celery stalks, trim the ends, and halve them lengthwise if desired. Chop the nuts finely. Halve one lemon and squeeze out the juice. In a bowl, mix the soy sauce with the lemon juice.
  2. 2. Place the celery in a baking dish and marinate in the soy sauce for about 5 minutes. Then let it drain on kitchen paper. Put the chopped nuts together with sesame on a plate. Put some honey on another plate.
  3. 3. First coat the celery in the honey and then press it into the nuts so that it is covered all around. Make sure to leave the top 1 cm of the celery uncovered. Serve the crispy celery. Enjoy your meal!
