Ingredients
- garlic cloves 3 pcs.
- rosemary, fresh 5 g
- yogurt, plain 400 g
- salt pinch
- pepper, white ground pinch
- cucumbers 1 pcs.
- carrots 2 pcs.
- pepper, red 1 pcs.
- pepper, green 1 pcs.
- cherry tomatoes 200 g
Instructions
- 1. Peel the garlic and finely chop or press it. Wash the rosemary, shake off excess water, strip the needles from the stems, and chop finely. In a bowl, mix the garlic with the yogurt. Season with salt, pepper, and rosemary.
- 2. Wash the vegetables thoroughly. Peel the cucumber and carrot, then cut them into sticks. Halve the bell pepper, remove the stem and seeds, and slice it into strips. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Serve the vegetables with the garlic dip.
