Ingredients
- butter 125 g
- garlic cloves 2 pcs.
- parsley, fresh 20 g
- chives, fresh 15 g
- salt pinch
- parmesan, grated 2 tbsp
- baguette 1 pcs.
Instructions
- 1. Take a piece of butter and place it in a small bowl to soften.
- 2. Peel the garlic cloves and chop them very finely.
- 3. Wash the parsley and chives.
- 4. Shake the herbs dry.
- 5. Chop the parsley and chives very finely as well.
- 6. Mix the soft butter with the chopped garlic, herbs, salt, and Parmesan.
- 7. Slice the baguette lengthwise.
- 8. Place the baguette on the grill and toast it lightly.
- 9. Spread the herb butter generously over the toasted baguette.
- 10. Fold the baguette back together.
- 11. Slice the bread into bite-sized pieces.
