🍽️ Homemade Garlic Bread Recipe

Ingredients
- garlic bulb 2 pcs.
- olive oil 2 tbsp.
- parsley, fresh 10 g
- butter 100 g
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- baguette 1 pcs.
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with fan.
- 2. Take the butter for the garlic butter out of the fridge to let it soften.
- 3. Cut off the root end of the garlic bulb generously.
- 4. Drizzle some oil onto a piece of aluminum foil.
- 5. Wrap the garlic bulb tightly in the aluminum foil.
- 6. Place the foil with the garlic in the oven and bake for about 60 minutes until soft.
- 7. Wash the parsley under running water.
- 8. Shake the parsley dry.
- 9. Pluck the parsley leaves from the stems.
- 10. Finely chop the parsley leaves.
- 11. Remove the garlic bulb from the oven after 50 minutes of baking time.
- 12. Remove the aluminum foil from the bulb.
- 13. Squeeze the soft garlic cloves out of the individual segments directly into the bowl with the soft butter.
- 14. Mix the butter and garlic thoroughly.
- 15. Stir the chopped parsley into the garlic butter.
- 16. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
- 17. Slice the baguette lengthwise.
- 18. Spread the garlic butter generously over the bread halves.
- 19. Place the bread in the oven.
- 20. Toast the bread for another 10 to 12 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
- 21. Take the finished garlic bread out of the oven.
- 22. Serve the bread immediately and enjoy.
