🍽️ Garlic-Thyme Bread on the Grill

Ingredients
- garlic cloves 2 pcs.
- lemons 1 tbsp.
- thyme, fresh 20 g
- rosemary, fresh 10 g
- salt pinch
- butter 100 g
- pepper, black ground pinch
- baguette 2 pcs.
Instructions
- 1. Peel the garlic cloves and chop them finely.
- 2. Rinse the lemon under running water.
- 3. Grate about one teaspoon of the lemon zest.
- 4. Cut the lemon in half.
- 5. Squeeze the juice from the lemon halves.
- 6. Rinse the thyme and rosemary under running water.
- 7. Shake off the excess water from the herbs.
- 8. Strip the leaves from the rosemary and thyme stems.
- 9. Chop the stripped herbs finely.
- 10. Place the soft butter in a bowl.
- 11. Mix the butter with the chopped herbs.
- 12. Stir the lemon zest into the butter.
- 13. Season the herb butter with salt.
- 14. Season the herb butter with pepper.
- 15. Add the lemon juice to the herb butter.
- 16. Cut the baguettes several times across the top.
- 17. Make sure not to cut all the way through the baguettes.
- 18. Spread the herb butter into the cuts of the baguettes.
- 19. Wrap the baguettes in aluminum foil.
- 20. Seal the aluminum foil tightly.
- 21. Place the wrapped baguettes on the grill.
- 22. Bake the baguettes for about 10 to 15 minutes.
- 23. Turn the baguettes regularly during the baking time.
- 24. Alternatively, preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- 25. Bake the baguettes in the oven for about 15 minutes.
