🍽️ Garlic Rump Steak

Ingredients
- garlic cloves 2 pcs.
- sunflower oil 200 ml
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- beef ribeye steaks 600 g
- mini romaine 4 pcs.
- radishes 1 bunch
- carrots 2 pcs.
- vinegar 2 tbsp.
- honey 1 tsp.
- olive oil 4 tbsp.
- mustard 1 tsp.
Instructions
- 1. Peel the garlic cloves and chop them finely.
- 2. Mix the chopped garlic in a bowl with oil, salt, and pepper.
- 3. Rinse the steak and pat it dry with a kitchen towel.
- 4. Place the steak in the garlic mixture and turn it so it is well coated.
- 5. Let the meat marinate for about one hour.
- 6. Separate the lettuce leaves individually and wash them thoroughly.
- 7. Spin the lettuce dry in a salad spinner.
- 8. Rinse the radishes and remove the roots and leaves.
- 9. Slice the radishes into thin rounds.
- 10. Wash the carrots, trim the ends, and peel them.
- 11. Cut the carrots into thin strips.
- 12. Whisk vinegar, honey, and mustard together in a small bowl.
- 13. Stir in the olive oil until a creamy dressing forms.
- 14. Finally, season the dressing with salt to taste.
- 15. Remove the steak from the marinade.
- 16. Preheat the grill and place the steak on it.
- 17. Grill the steak for 6 to 8 minutes.
- 18. Toss the lettuce leaves, carrots, and radishes with the dressing.
- 19. Plate the garlic steak together with the salad.
