  3. 3. Rinse the steak and pat it dry with a kitchen towel.
  4. 4. Place the steak in the garlic mixture and turn it so it is well coated.
  5. 5. Let the meat marinate for about one hour.
  6. 6. Separate the lettuce leaves individually and wash them thoroughly.
  7. 7. Spin the lettuce dry in a salad spinner.
  8. 8. Rinse the radishes and remove the roots and leaves.
  9. 9. Slice the radishes into thin rounds.
  10. 10. Wash the carrots, trim the ends, and peel them.
  11. 11. Cut the carrots into thin strips.
  12. 12. Whisk vinegar, honey, and mustard together in a small bowl.
  13. 13. Stir in the olive oil until a creamy dressing forms.
  14. 14. Finally, season the dressing with salt to taste.
  15. 15. Remove the steak from the marinade.
  16. 16. Preheat the grill and place the steak on it.
  17. 17. Grill the steak for 6 to 8 minutes.
