Ingredients
- parsley, fresh 15 g
- cream cheese, plain 100 g
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- mini cucumbers 1 pc
- crispbread 8 slices
- cress bed 1 pc
Instructions
- 1. Wash the parsley thoroughly.
- 2. Shake the parsley dry.
- 3. Remove the thick stems from the parsley.
- 4. Place the parsley and 4 tablespoons of cream cheese into a tall container.
- 5. Blend the mixture until smooth.
- 6. Mix the herb cream cheese blend with the remaining cream cheese.
- 7. Season the cream with salt and pepper.
- 8. Wash the cucumber.
- 9. Slice the cucumber into thin rounds.
- 10. Spread the herb cream cheese mixture onto the crispbread.
- 11. Top the bread with the cucumber slices.
- 12. Sprinkle cress on top.
