  2. 2. Cut the washed tomatoes in half.
  3. 3. Wash the basil leaves under running water as well.
  4. 4. Shake the basil dry so that no droplets remain on it.
  5. 5. Carefully pluck the basil leaves off the tough stems.
  6. 6. Take the crispbread and spread 1 to 2 tablespoons of curd cheese on it.
  7. 7. Place the tomato halves and the basil leaves on the spread bread.
  8. 8. Season the topping to taste with black pepper.
  9. 9. Serve the finished crispbread immediately and enjoy it.
