Ingredients
- Cherry tomatoes 100 g
- Basil, fresh 5 g
- Crispbread 8 slices
- Cream cheese, grainy 100 g
- Pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Cut the washed tomatoes in half.
- 3. Wash the basil leaves under running water as well.
- 4. Shake the basil dry so that no droplets remain on it.
- 5. Carefully pluck the basil leaves off the tough stems.
- 6. Take the crispbread and spread 1 to 2 tablespoons of curd cheese on it.
- 7. Place the tomato halves and the basil leaves on the spread bread.
- 8. Season the topping to taste with black pepper.
- 9. Serve the finished crispbread immediately and enjoy it.
