Ingredients
- peaches 4 pcs.
- mint, fresh 10 g
- cream cheese, grainy 400 g
- honey 4 tbsp
- crispbread 60 g
Instructions
- 1. Wash the peaches thoroughly, halve them, remove the pits, and slice them thinly. Wash the mint as well, shake it dry, separate the leaves, and chop them finely.
- 2. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese with the honey and spread it evenly onto the crispbreads. Top with the peach slices and serve decorated with the mint. Enjoy your meal!
