  3. 3. Tear the salad into bite-sized small pieces.
  4. 4. Also wash the cherry tomatoes thoroughly.
  5. 5. Quarter the cherry tomatoes into small pieces.
  6. 6. Cut the cucumber into coarse cubes.
  7. 7. Roughly chop the sunflower seeds.
  8. 8. Layer the prepared salad ingredients into the jars.
  9. 9. Seal the jars tightly with their lids.
  10. 10. Store the jars in the refrigerator until serving time.
  11. 11. Halve a lemon.
  12. 12. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
  13. 13. Take a small, sealable preserving jar.
  14. 14. Add three tablespoons of lemon juice to the small jar.
