🥗 Crunchy Jar Salad

Ingredients
- Mini Romaine 2 pc.
- Cherry tomatoes 250 g
- Cucumbers 1 pc.
- Sunflower seeds 100 g
- Organic lemons 1 pc.
- Olive oil 3 tbsp
- Sugar pinch
- Mustard 1 tsp
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Wash the salad thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Dry the leafy greens using a salad spinner or a kitchen towel.
- 3. Tear the salad into bite-sized small pieces.
- 4. Also wash the cherry tomatoes thoroughly.
- 5. Quarter the cherry tomatoes into small pieces.
- 6. Cut the cucumber into coarse cubes.
- 7. Roughly chop the sunflower seeds.
- 8. Layer the prepared salad ingredients into the jars.
- 9. Seal the jars tightly with their lids.
- 10. Store the jars in the refrigerator until serving time.
- 11. Halve a lemon.
- 12. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
- 13. Take a small, sealable preserving jar.
- 14. Add three tablespoons of lemon juice to the small jar.
- 15. Add olive oil.
- 16. Add a dollop of mustard.
- 17. Season the mixture with salt.
- 18. Season the mixture with pepper.
- 19. Add a little sugar.
- 20. Shake the dressing ingredients vigorously before serving.
- 21. Pour the dressing over the salad in the jar.
- 22. Enjoy your crunchy salad.
