  1. 1. Brew about 400 milliliters of strong espresso from the coffee powder.
  2. 2. Stir 1 tablespoon of sugar into the hot coffee.
  3. 3. Let the sweet coffee mixture cool down completely.
  4. 4. Rinse the orange thoroughly under running water.
  5. 5. Grate about 1 teaspoon of the orange peel finely.
  6. 6. Place mascarpone, the grated orange peel, 8 tablespoons of sugar, and Amaretto into a bowl.
  7. 7. Mix the ingredients in the bowl briefly together.
  8. 8. Dip the ladyfingers briefly into the cooled espresso.
  9. 9. Place the dipped biscuits side by side in a baking dish.
  10. 10. Optionally drizzle the biscuits with a little more Amaretto.
  11. 11. Layer the mascarpone cream and the espresso biscuits alternately in the dish.
  12. 12. Finish the layering with a final layer of mascarpone cream.
  13. 13. Place the tiramisu in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  14. 14. Sift cocoa through a fine sieve shortly before serving.
  15. 15. Dust the tiramisu evenly with the cocoa.
