Ingredients
- Eggs 8 pcs.
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Oil 2 tbsp.
- Farmhouse mild bread 4 slices
Instructions
- 1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and mix them well with salt and pepper.
- 2. Heat oil in a frying pan over high heat. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and let it sit for about 30 seconds. Use a spatula to gently push and stir the mixture for about 4 minutes until fully set and starting to turn golden.
- 3. Serve the scrambled eggs on plates and accompany them with bread.
