🍽️ Classic Caprese - Tomato with Mozzarella and Basil

Ingredients
- vine tomatoes 800 g
- mozzarella 2 pcs.
- basil, fresh 20 g
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- sugar pinch
- olive oil 4 tbsp
- baguette 1 pc.
Instructions
- 1. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly and slice them into thin slices. Also slice the mozzarella into thin slices. Rinse the basil leaves, pat them dry, and separate them from the stems.
- 2. Arrange the tomato slices and mozzarella alternately on a plate. Season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of sugar, and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle the basil leaves on top and enjoy the classic Caprese with baguette. Bon appétit!
