  1. 1. Peel the garlic and roughly crush it. Separate the eggs and use the egg whites for something else. Wash the lemon thoroughly, halve it, and squeeze out the juice.
  2. 2. In a tall container, puree the garlic, egg yolks, mustard, 1 tbsp lemon juice, vinegar, salt, and pepper well.
  3. 3. Continue pureeing while slowly pouring the oil into the container. Puree for about 2 minutes until a creamy mayonnaise forms. Enjoy your meal!
