Ingredients
- garlic cloves 2 pcs.
- eggs 2 pcs.
- lemons 1 pcs.
- mustard 1 tsp
- vinegar 1 tsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- oil 125 ml
Instructions
- 1. Peel the garlic and roughly crush it. Separate the eggs and use the egg whites for something else. Wash the lemon thoroughly, halve it, and squeeze out the juice.
- 2. In a tall container, puree the garlic, egg yolks, mustard, 1 tbsp lemon juice, vinegar, salt, and pepper well.
- 3. Continue pureeing while slowly pouring the oil into the container. Puree for about 2 minutes until a creamy mayonnaise forms. Enjoy your meal!
