Ingredients
- courgettes 1 pc.
- salt pinch
- garlic cloves 3 pc.
- lemons 1 pc.
- sour cream yogurt Greek style 500 g
- olive oil 2 tbsp
- pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Wash the cucumber thoroughly, cut it in half lengthwise, scoop out the seeds, and coarsely grate it. In a bowl, mix the grated cucumber with salt and let it sit for about 10 minutes.
- 2. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Wash the lemon, cut it in half, and squeeze out the juice. Gently squeeze the grated cucumber and drain the released liquid.
- 3. In the bowl, combine the cucumber with Greek yogurt and garlic. Season with lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper, and serve.
