🍽️ The Classic: Layered Salad

Ingredients
- eggs 4 pcs
- pineapple pieces from the can 200 g
- corn from the can 250 g
- leek 2 pcs
- boiled ham 200 g
- apples, red 2 pcs
- parsley, fresh 20 g
- mayonnaise 150 g
- sour cream 100 g
- yogurt, plain 100 g
- vinegar 2 tbsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Bring about 1 liter of water to a boil in a pot.
- 2. Place the eggs in the boiling water and cook them for about 7 minutes.
- 3. Drain the water and immediately rinse the eggs with cold water to make them easier to peel.
- 4. Peel the eggs and slice them.
- 5. Place the pineapple and corn in a sieve and let them drain well.
- 6. Halve the leek and trim off the tough root ends.
- 7. Cut the prepared leek into thin strips.
- 8. Dice the cooked ham into small pieces.
- 9. Quarter the apples and remove the core.
- 10. Cut the cored apple pieces into small cubes.
- 11. Wash the parsley and shake it dry.
- 12. Pluck the parsley leaves from the stems and chop them finely.
- 13. In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise with the sour cream, yogurt, and vinegar.
- 14. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
- 15. Place the eggs, pineapple, corn, leek, ham, and apples alternately in layers into a large bowl.
- 16. Pour the prepared sauce evenly over the layers.
- 17. Sprinkle the chopped parsley over the salad.
- 18. Keep the salad chilled until you are ready to serve it.
