  1. 1. Bring about 1 liter of water to a boil in a pot.
  2. 2. Place the eggs in the boiling water and cook them for about 7 minutes.
  3. 3. Drain the water and immediately rinse the eggs with cold water to make them easier to peel.
  4. 4. Peel the eggs and slice them.
  5. 5. Place the pineapple and corn in a sieve and let them drain well.
  6. 6. Halve the leek and trim off the tough root ends.
  7. 7. Cut the prepared leek into thin strips.
  8. 8. Dice the cooked ham into small pieces.
  9. 9. Quarter the apples and remove the core.
  10. 10. Cut the cored apple pieces into small cubes.
  11. 11. Wash the parsley and shake it dry.
  12. 12. Pluck the parsley leaves from the stems and chop them finely.
  13. 13. In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise with the sour cream, yogurt, and vinegar.
