  6. 6. Place the egg, quark (curd cheese), milk, and oil into a mixing bowl.
  7. 7. Mix these ingredients for 15 seconds on the kneading setting.
  8. 8. Add 300 grams of flour, 50 grams of sugar, a pinch of salt, and baking powder.
  9. 9. Knead the dough for 2 minutes on the kneading setting.
  10. 10. Transfer the dough into the prepared pan.
  11. 11. Spread the dough so that the bottom is completely covered.
  12. 12. Place soft butter, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, 50 grams of sugar, and 150 grams of flour into the mixing bowl.
  13. 13. Crumb the ingredients for 1 minute on the dough kneading setting.
  14. 14. Place the crumble topping in a cool spot.
  15. 15. Arrange the plum halves on the dough.
  16. 16. Sprinkle the crumble topping over the plums.
