🍝 Classic pasta salad with meat sausage and peas

Ingredients
- Salt Pinch
- fusilli 500 g
- Onions, red 1 pc.
- Pickles 150 g
- Peas from the can 140 g
- Parsley, fresh 20 g
- Meat sausage whole 0.25 pc.
- mayonnaise 150 g
- Yogurt, plain 200 g
- Pepper, black ground Pinch
- Rose paprika 0.5 tsp
- Balsamic vinegar, light 3 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Bring water to a boil in a pot and add some salt.
- 2. Cook the pasta in it for about 11 minutes until al dente.
- 3. Drain the pasta in a colander and let it drain well.
- 4. Cut the onions in half and remove the skin.
- 5. Drain the gherkins and peas in a colander.
- 6. Put the onions and gherkins into the mixing container.
- 7. Chop the vegetables for 5 seconds on speed 6.
- 8. Transfer the chopped mixture into a large bowl.
- 9. Put the parsley into the empty mixing container.
- 10. Chop the parsley for 4 seconds on speed 8.
- 11. Add the meat sausage to the chopped parsley in the container.
- 12. Chop the sausage for 5 seconds on speed 6.
- 13. Add the sausage pieces to the onion-gherkin mixture in the bowl.
- 14. Put mayonnaise, yogurt, salt, pepper, paprika powder, and vinegar into the mixing container.
- 15. Mix the ingredients for the dressing for 10 seconds on speed 3.
- 16. Pour the finished dressing over the pasta and vegetables in the bowl.
- 17. Mix everything well until the pasta is evenly coated.
- 18. Season the salad with a little more salt and pepper to taste.
- 19. Serve the salad as desired.
- 20. Let the salad sit for a while if possible so that the flavors meld well.
