🍝 The Perfect Pasta Salad

Ingredients
- Salt pinch
- Corn from the can 300 g
- Gherkins 4 pcs.
- Fusilli 500 g
- Peas, frozen 200 g
- Mayonnaise 150 g
- Yogurt, plain 100 g
- Mustard 1 tsp
- Vinegar 3 tbsp
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Parsley, fresh 20 g
- Shallots 1 pc.
- Boiled ham 200 g
Instructions
- 1. Fill a large pot with about 5 liters of water and add some salt. Bring the water to a boil.
- 2. Put the corn into a sieve and let it drain.
- 3. Let the pickles drain as well.
- 4. Cut off the hard ends of the pickles.
- 5. Dice the pickles into coarse pieces.
- 6. Add the pasta to the boiling salted water.
- 7. Cook the pasta for about 10 minutes until al dente (firm to the bite).
- 8. Add the frozen peas to the pasta in the last 3 minutes of cooking time.
- 9. Pour the pasta and peas together into a sieve and let everything drain well.
- 10. Thoroughly mix mayonnaise, yogurt, mustard, and vinegar in a large bowl.
- 11. Season the dressing mixture with salt and pepper to your taste.
- 12. Wash the parsley thoroughly.
- 13. Shake the parsley dry.
- 14. Pluck the parsley leaves from the stems.
- 15. Finely chop the parsley leaves.
- 16. Halve the shallot.
- 17. Peel the shallot.
- 18. Dice the shallot finely.
- 19. Cut the cooked ham in half in the middle.
- 20. Cut the cooked ham into strips.
- 21. Add all prepared ingredients to the bowl with the dressing.
- 22. Mix everything well together.
- 23. Taste the salad again and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
- 24. Keep the pasta salad cool until you serve it.
