  1. 1. Fill a large pot with about 5 liters of water and add some salt. Bring the water to a boil.
  2. 2. Put the corn into a sieve and let it drain.
  3. 3. Let the pickles drain as well.
  4. 4. Cut off the hard ends of the pickles.
  5. 5. Dice the pickles into coarse pieces.
  6. 6. Add the pasta to the boiling salted water.
  7. 7. Cook the pasta for about 10 minutes until al dente (firm to the bite).
  8. 8. Add the frozen peas to the pasta in the last 3 minutes of cooking time.
  9. 9. Pour the pasta and peas together into a sieve and let everything drain well.
  10. 10. Thoroughly mix mayonnaise, yogurt, mustard, and vinegar in a large bowl.
  11. 11. Season the dressing mixture with salt and pepper to your taste.
  12. 12. Wash the parsley thoroughly.
  13. 13. Shake the parsley dry.
  14. 14. Pluck the parsley leaves from the stems.
  15. 15. Finely chop the parsley leaves.
  16. 16. Halve the shallot.
  17. 17. Peel the shallot.
  18. 18. Dice the shallot finely.
  19. 19. Cut the cooked ham in half in the middle.
  20. 20. Cut the cooked ham into strips.
  21. 21. Add all prepared ingredients to the bowl with the dressing.
