  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 80 degrees Celsius using top and bottom heat.
  2. 2. Separate the eggs by carefully dividing the yolks from the whites.
  3. 3. Whip the egg whites in a bowl using a hand mixer until stiff.
  4. 4. Mix the egg yolks in a separate bowl with sugar and salt until creamy.
  5. 5. Stir in the flour and milk alternately into the yolk mixture.
  6. 6. Mix everything until you have a smooth batter.
  7. 7. Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the batter.
  8. 8. Heat one tablespoon of butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
  9. 9. Pour half of the batter into the hot pan.
  10. 10. Fry the pancake for about two to three minutes until golden brown.
  11. 11. Flip the pancake and fry it for another three minutes.
  12. 12. Carefully tear the pancake into small pieces using two forks.
  13. 13. Keep the Schmarrn pieces warm in the preheated oven.
  14. 14. Repeat the frying process with the remaining batter.
  15. 15. Dust the finished Kaiserschmarrn with powdered sugar.
  16. 16. Plate the Schmarrn and serve it immediately.
