Ingredients
- onions, yellow 2 pcs.
- garlic cloves 3 pcs.
- parsley, fresh 1 bunch
- rolls 2 pcs.
- milk 125 ml
- ground beef 1 kg
- eggs 2 pcs.
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- paprika, sweet 1 tsp
- oil 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Peel the onions and the garlic.
- 2. Cut the onions and garlic into small cubes.
- 3. Wash the parsley thoroughly.
- 4. Pat the parsley dry with a kitchen towel.
- 5. Pluck the parsley leaves from the stems.
- 6. Finely chop the parsley leaves.
- 7. Place the bread rolls in a bowl.
- 8. Pour the milk over the bread rolls.
- 9. Let the bread rolls soak in the milk for about 10 minutes.
- 10. Mash the soaked bread rolls with a fork.
- 11. Add the minced meat to the bread mixture.
- 12. Add the chopped parsley to the bread mixture.
- 13. Add the eggs to the bread mixture.
- 14. Mix all ingredients well together.
- 15. Season the mixture with salt.
- 16. Season the mixture with pepper.
- 17. Season the mixture with paprika.
- 18. Preheat the oven to 170 °C with top and bottom heat.
- 19. Grease a baking dish with oil.
- 20. Place the meat mixture into the baking dish.
- 21. Smooth the surface of the meat mixture.
- 22. Place the baking dish on the middle rack.
- 23. Bake the meatloaf for about 60 minutes.
- 24. Take the meatloaf out of the oven.
- 25. Let the meatloaf rest for about 10 minutes.
- 26. Slice the meatloaf.
- 27. Serve the meatloaf.
