🥗 Classic Greek Salad

Ingredients
- cucumbers 1 pc.
- cherry tomatoes 500 g
- shallots 2 pc.
- feta 200 g
- lemons 1 pc.
- parsley, fresh 20 g
- olive oil 2 tbsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- olives, black 40 g
Instructions
- 1. Wash the cucumber thoroughly, cut off the ends, quarter it lengthwise, and cut into pieces. Wash the tomatoes and quarter them. Halve the shallot, peel it, and slice into rings.
- 2. Cut the feta into cubes. Wash the lemon, halve it, and squeeze out the juice. Wash the parsley, shake it dry, pluck the leaves from the stems, and chop finely.
- 3. In a bowl, mix the olive oil with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Combine the cucumber, tomatoes, shallot, feta, parsley, and black olives with the dressing and serve.
