  6. 6. Let the dough rest for 15 minutes.
  7. 7. Wash the spring onions thoroughly.
  8. 8. Cut off the hard ends of the spring onions.
  9. 9. Slice the spring onions into thin rings.
  10. 10. Put the crème fraîche into a separate bowl.
  11. 11. Season the crème fraîche with a little salt and pepper.
  12. 12. Divide each dough ball into two equal portions.
  13. 13. Place a sheet of baking paper on your work surface.
  14. 14. Roll out one half of the dough flat on the baking paper.
