  1. 1. Quarter the white cabbage, remove the core, take off the outer leaves and cut into thin strips. Wash the carrots, peel and coarsely grate. In a bowl, mix the white cabbage with the carrots, salt and sugar and knead everything well. Let it sit for about 10 minutes.
  2. 2. Wash the parsley thoroughly, shake it dry, pluck the leaves from the stems and chop finely.
  3. 3. Add mayonnaise, mustard and vinegar to the cabbage, mix everything well and season to taste. Fold in the parsley. Keep the classic coleslaw cool in the refrigerator until serving. Enjoy your meal!
