Instructions
- 1. Take the beef patties out of the fridge and let them warm up for a moment.
- 2. Carefully separate the lettuce leaves from each other.
- 3. Wash the lettuce thoroughly.
- 4. Shake the lettuce dry.
- 5. Wash the tomato.
- 6. Slice the tomato into thin slices.
- 7. Let the pickles drain for a short while.
- 8. Slice the pickles into thin slices.
- 9. Get a bowl for the sauce.
- 10. Add mayonnaise to the bowl.
- 11. Add ketchup to the bowl.
- 12. Add mustard to the bowl.
- 13. Add 1 to 2 teaspoons of pickle brine to the bowl.
- 14. Mix the sauce ingredients well together.
- 15. Season the sauce with garlic.
- 16. Season the sauce with paprika powder.
- 17. Season the sauce with salt.
- 18. Season the sauce with pepper.
- 19. Taste the sauce intensively.
- 20. Heat oil in a pan on high heat.
- 21. Season the beef patties generously with salt.
- 22. Season the beef patties generously with pepper.
- 23. Fry the beef patties on the first side for approx. 2 to 3 minutes until crispy.
- 24. Fry the beef patties on the second side for approx. 2 to 3 minutes until crispy.
- 25. Place a slice of cheese on a patty.

- 37. Cover the burger with the top of the bun.
- 38. Serve the burger immediately.
