🍽️ Tasty Bean and Beef Stew

Ingredients
- green beans 600 g
- potatoes, waxy 400 g
- soup vegetables 1 bunch
- onions, yellow 1 pc.
- beef goulash 400 g
- salt pinch
- oil 2 tbsp
- bay leaves, dried 2 g
- pepper, black ground pinch
- vegetable broth 1.5 L
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the green beans well. Trim the ends. Remove the strings. Cut the beans in the middle.
- 2. Peel the potatoes. Wash them. Cut them into large pieces.
- 3. Rinse the soup vegetables. Peel them if necessary. Dice them roughly.
- 4. Pluck the parsley leaves from the stems. Chop the leaves finely.
- 5. Halve the onion. Peel it. Cut it into small cubes.
- 6. Rinse the beef. Pat it dry. Season it generously with salt.
- 7. Heat the oil in a pot over high heat.
- 8. Sear the beef on all sides. This takes about 2 to 3 minutes. The meat should turn brown.
- 9. Reduce the heat.
- 10. Add the onions, potatoes, soup vegetables, bay leaf, and pepper to the pot.
- 11. Deglaze everything with vegetable broth.
- 12. Let the stew simmer covered for about 25 minutes.
- 13. Add the beans to the soup.
- 14. Cook the stew for another 10 minutes.
- 15. Fill the stew into soup bowls.
- 16. Sprinkle the stew with the chopped parsley.
- 17. Enjoy your meal!
